Can I add a subcontractor, trade or vendor?

Please contact our support and inquire. We will add the company and main user.

Before we add a new company to the system, please ensure that they understand their role and responsibilities within your projects.

To proceed, kindly provide the exact company name as you wish it to appear in the Rubus platform (the legal form, such as "Ltd.," is optional). We also require the email address of the main account administrator, who will receive an invitation from Rubus via email.

Once the account is set up, we will confirm its creation. From that point, you can add the new user to the relevant project modules as needed.

Please remember to use the precise company name to facilitate user searches. Users must be added individually to each module within every project. If you have a substantial number of modules or projects, please inform us—our team will be happy to support you in streamlining the process.
