Logging in to your Rubus home buyer cockpit requires your vendor to actually invite you to our system.
Rubus is a digital platform designed to support you throughout your home buying journey, from selecting options and managing special requests to coordinating handover and centralizing all documentation related to your new home.
To get started, please wait to receive an email invitation from your vendor. This email will guide you through setting up secure access to your personal buyer portal using your email address and a password, providing direct entry to your home’s dashboard.
If you have any questions regarding your invitation, please contact your vendor directly and be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email.
When you don't know who is your vendor or administrator of the project, please look into your documentation or visit the website of the project where you purchased the real estate in order to find out about the contact. Rubus is not the vendor, Rubus is only delivering the platform.
