How can I transfer the property I have sold?

You cannot just change the email or handover the login. Please contact your original vendor to change the home owner.

At this time, the only way to update the ownership of your property—such as after a sale or transfer to a family member—is by contacting your vendor directly. You can do this using the "Messages" feature in your homeowner portal or through any other direct communication channel with your vendor. Please request that your vendor update the ownership details, as they also have the ability to add multiple owners if needed. Rubus does not have access to the vendor's system and therefore cannot make these changes on your behalf.
