I am missing access to a module or project, where do I find it?
Only account administrators can see everything. You need to be given access to each project and module.
If the required module has not yet been enabled for your project, please contact your Rubus expert to facilitate activation.
If you are a project executive or subcontractor unable to access a specific project or module—such as Change Management, Aftermarket, or Handover—your project administrator should navigate to the module’s settings. There, they can add the relevant user by entering the company name and email address.
If the user still cannot locate the intended project after being added, select the appropriate module first and then access the project overview for further navigation.
As an administrator, you can manage user permissions within Change Management by assigning users as members rather than administrators. Utilize the additional tabs to further define and manage user access rights within the module.
