Where do I find the warranty and maintenance documentation for my property?

After your vendor set live the documentation you will find it as a second menu in your buyer portal on the left hand side.

Once you have chosen your apartment and finalized your selections, the property is handed over to you. Around this time, your vendor will publish all relevant documentation, including contracts, warranty details, and maintenance guides for all fittings, appliances, and more.

In the same portal where you configured your home, your vendor will add a new menu on the left hand side called “Aftermarket.” This is where all information is stored and remains available to you at any time.
