Why doesn't my password work? How can I login to Rubus?
If you have logged into your account previously then double-check that you are using the correct email and passord. If not, then you need to wait until you receive an invitation via email. You cannot create an account yourself.
As a homebuyer during the options/configuration phase (before the handover) you need to wait until your projectadmin/contactperson in the project sends you an invitation via the email you have provided. You can only use your email and password if you have a registered user in Rubus. You register yourself via the email you recieve at a time determined by the projectadministration.
As a homebuyer/owner in the aftermarket phase (after your unit has been handed over to the first buyer), either the project admin or the previous owner will send an invitation to your unit.
As a project user (contractor/vendor/ect.) you need to be invited by a collegue in the same profile (company profile), or request having your profile created if it does not already exist in Rubus. When you are sure that you already have an account, then please talk to your colleagues or search your emails for Rubus to verify you are using the correct email address.
