Why does the handover protocol preview not load?

Usually this is related to network or cashing issues. Restart the app and reload the protocol.

1. Check your connection: 📶The most common issues are related to Wi-Fi or network connectivity (please try toggling your connection off and on, or enable flight mode for 10 seconds), caching (you need to hard cache reload your browser page), or using an outdated system or browser.

2. Disable Pop-up Blockers: 🛠️ Another reason is that your webbrowser has an activated ad-blocker of some kind.  --> Quick guides: How to allow pop-ups in Chrome or How to allow pop-ups in Safari.

3. Browser Maintenance: 🧹 Periodically clear your cache or restart your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best performance.

4. Try the App: 📱 You can also download the Rubus Befaring app from the App Store for a smoother inspection experience.

On the following page you will find an instruction on how to reload or delete your cache:

If updating your system does not resolve the issue, please send us a screenshot and the URL of the page you are experiencing difficulties with. Additionally, visit https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/—this site will generate a link that you can share with us, allowing our team to better understand your system configuration and provide more effective support.

🖥️ Hard Reload (Force Reload)

A hard reload refreshes the page while ignoring cached content. Please note that the following information is just a picture of time and might change as services get updated and menus change.

Windows:
Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Brave:
Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R

macOS:
Chrome / Firefox / Brave: Cmd + Shift + R
Safari: Option + Cmd + R
