How can I reset my password?

If you have lost the password/passcode for your user you can always reset it and create a new one using your email adress. Go to "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the guidelines to reset and regain access to your account.

Open a web browser (Google Chrome/Safari/etc.) of your choice and go to our login page: https://rubus.app/cm/login

1. Click on "Forgot password?", just below the e-mail and password input fields.

2. On the following page, enter your e-mail address and click "restore password". An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions for a new password. Make sure to use the same email you have received the initial invite to or have used to create your user in Rubus. 

When you don't receive an e-mail you either use the wrong e-mail address or it is somewhere in your spam on the device or web-app of your provider. Only invited and registered users can use password restoration,

3. Follow the steps and make sure to finish the sequence by clicking "continue to sign in" or og back to the login page (rubus.app) in order to use your e-mail address and your new password to sign in. - If this email does not show up immediately then just make sure to check if your innbox sorted it using a spamfilter (you may find it under: Advertisement /Updates/Spam/ect.). Try searching for it, it is sendt from no-reply@rubus.app

Either if you e-mail is not registered in Rubus (not yet invited or using the wrong e-mail), or someone claims you have been invited, then please contact the project administrator / a colleagues in the same project in order to add you or to look up the e-mail address which has previously been used to add you.
